Preguntas
FAQ
Lo que siempre preguntan.
What people always ask.
¿Es gratis de verdad? Is it really free?
Yes. Every command works without paying. Patreon plans raise the limits (more songs in queue, bigger playlists) and help pay for the servers.
¿Quién está atrás?Who's behind it?
I'm Thomas, and I build it from Argentina. Not a big company: if you email hola@butakero.com or send a /report, I read it myself.
Why does a song take a few seconds to start?
The first time someone asks for a song, the bot fetches it from YouTube. After that it's cached and starts almost instantly.
Does it read my messages or listen to voice?
No. The bot can't see your server's messages and doesn't listen to voice audio. It stores only what it needs, like which songs were requested. See the privacy policy.
Algo no anda, ¿qué hago?Something's broken, what do I do?
Mandá /report contando qué pasó, o escribinos a hola@butakero.com.
