Términos de Servicio

En corto: Butakero es gratis y se ofrece tal cual. Usalo respetando las reglas de Discord y la ley. Hay planes en Patreon que suben los límites. Si abusás del bot, te podemos bloquear.

1. Aceptación

Al agregar Butakero ("el bot") a un servidor o usar sus comandos, aceptás estos Términos y la Política de Privacidad. Si no estás de acuerdo, no lo uses. Butakero es un proyecto independiente operado por Thomas Ezequiel Vilte, en Argentina, y no está afiliado a Discord, YouTube, Spotify ni a ningún artista o sello.

2. Qué ofrece el bot

Butakero reproduce en canales de voz de Discord audio de fuentes públicas como YouTube, y ofrece funciones como cola, autoplay, playlists, favoritos, filtros de audio y estadísticas. Las funciones pueden cambiar, agregarse o quitarse en cualquier momento.

3. Uso aceptable

  • Cumplí los Términos de Servicio y las Normas de la Comunidad de Discord.
  • No lo uses para infringir derechos de autor ni para difundir contenido ilegal.
  • No intentes saturarlo, automatizar comandos de forma abusiva, saltear sus límites ni aprovechar fallas.
  • No uses los reportes, las sugerencias ni los nombres de playlists para acosar, hacer spam o publicar contenido ofensivo.

4. Contenido de terceros

La música que reproduce el bot pertenece a sus autores y titulares de derechos. Butakero no aloja ni vende ese contenido: lo reproduce a pedido de los usuarios desde las plataformas donde está publicado. Si sos titular de derechos y querés reportar algo, escribí a hola@butakero.com.

5. Planes pagos

Hay planes en Patreon que suben los límites del bot. Los cobros y los reembolsos los gestiona Patreon según sus propios términos; Butakero no recibe ni guarda datos de pago. Los beneficios pueden cambiar con el tiempo; si un cambio afecta lo que ya pagaste, lo avisamos con anticipación.

6. Disponibilidad

Hacemos lo posible para que el bot ande siempre, pero no garantizamos que esté disponible sin cortes ni que todos los temas se puedan reproducir: depende de Discord, YouTube y otros servicios que no controlamos.

7. Suspensión

Podemos limitar o bloquear el uso del bot a usuarios o servidores que no cumplan estos Términos. Vos podés dejar de usarlo cuando quieras sacándolo de tu servidor, y pedir que borremos tus datos como explica la Política de Privacidad.

8. Responsabilidad

El bot se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". En la medida que lo permita la ley, no somos responsables por daños indirectos ni por la pérdida de datos derivada de su uso, como playlists o configuraciones. Nada de esto limita los derechos que te da la ley de defensa del consumidor.

9. Cambios

Podemos actualizar estos Términos. Si el cambio es importante, actualizamos esta página y la fecha de arriba. Seguir usando el bot después de un cambio significa que aceptás la nueva versión.

In short: Butakero is free and provided as is. Use it following Discord's rules and the law. Patreon plans raise the limits. If you abuse the bot, we may block you.

1. Acceptance

By adding Butakero ("the bot") to a server or using its commands, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use it. Butakero is an independent project operated by Thomas Ezequiel Vilte, in Argentina, and is not affiliated with Discord, YouTube, Spotify or any artist or label.

2. What the bot offers

Butakero plays audio from public sources such as YouTube in Discord voice channels, and offers features like a queue, autoplay, playlists, favorites, audio filters and stats. Features may change, be added or be removed at any time.

3. Acceptable use

  • Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • Don't use it to infringe copyright or spread illegal content.
  • Don't try to overload it, abusively automate commands, get around its limits or exploit bugs.
  • Don't use reports, suggestions or playlist names to harass, spam or post offensive content.

4. Third-party content

The music the bot plays belongs to its authors and rights holders. Butakero doesn't host or sell that content: it plays it on users' request from the platforms where it's published. If you're a rights holder and want to report something, email hola@butakero.com.

5. Paid plans

There are plans on Patreon that raise the bot's limits. Charges and refunds are handled by Patreon under its own terms; Butakero doesn't receive or store payment data. Perks may change over time; if a change affects something you already paid for, we'll let you know in advance.

6. Availability

We do our best to keep the bot running, but we don't guarantee it will be available without interruptions or that every song can be played: that depends on Discord, YouTube and other services we don't control.

7. Suspension

We may limit or block users or servers that break these Terms. You can stop using the bot anytime by removing it from your server, and ask us to delete your data as explained in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

The bot is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data from using it, such as playlists or settings. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. If the change is important, we update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the bot after a change means you accept the new version.
